Based at the LaVergne, TN Manufacturing facility, the Maintenance Crew Leader will supervise and coordinate the activities of hourly teammates performing emergency or planned maintenance activities in a manufacturing plant environment.

Provide direction and guidance to teammates in regard to electrical, electronic (PLC), and mechanical troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and projects
Schedule preventive maintenance on industrial machines
Perform duties related to recruitment, selection, development, performance management, and administrative functions related to teammates
Associates Degree plus 2 years experience in Industrial Mechanical Maintenance, or Industrial Electrical Maintenance or Industrial Maintenance Supervision.
6 years experience in Industrial Mechanical Maintenance or Industrial Electrical Maintenance to include 2 years experience in Industrial Maintenance Supervision.
