October saw the grand opening of new facility in Tullahoma with EnableComp looking to invest $1 million and hire 200 employees over the next five years.
The Tullahoma facility, located at 1400 Cedar Lane, is a departure for the Franklin-based company, founded in 2000, which processes medical claims for more than 800 health care providers in 39 states.
“It has been my vision since shortly after joining the company that we would expand outside the greater Nashville area,” said EnableComp President and CEO David Jones.
“Tullahoma is perfectly situated as another center of operational excellence, and we look forward to the next chapter of growth as we deliver value to all of our stakeholders.
“In choosing this location, we looked at unemployment, growth potential and labor rates. A lot of factors went into it. At the end of the day, we targeted Tullahoma. We actually eyed this city a few years ago, but the timing was not quite right. We are very excited about growing and expanding into the space we have he,” Jones noted.
EnableComp currently employs 16 at the Tullahoma offices, which is the company’s third facility in the state.
